We're always looking for ways to get the youth moving! 
Triathlon is a fantastic sport that builds discipline, focus, health, and overall athletic development. But true success in triathlon—and all sports—starts with a strong foundation in strength and conditioning. That’s why we integrate age-appropriate strength training, functional movement, and endurance conditioning into our coaching. By using our FAST (Focused, Aggressive, Smart, Tough) training philosophy, we help young athletes develop the mental and physical resilience needed to perform at their best.

Strength and conditioning play a key role in improving performance, preventing injuries, and boosting confidence. We offer program development, remote assessment and virtual coaching for youth and junior athletes—whether they’re new to sport, experienced but looking for an outside perspective or seeking strength and conditioning specific guidance.

Our coaches are USA Triathlon (USAT) Olympic Distance and Youth and Junior Elite Certified, CrossFit Coach Certified, CrossFit Kids Certified, as well as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Youth Fitness Specialist Certified, giving young athletes access to expert guidance in strength, endurance, and mental conditioning.
